yeah so i thought its near the time i need to change my oil for the first time in this bike as its still pretty new to me and i was wondering what everyone is using and whats the best in peoples opinions?

When I first got my bike I was using Castrol Power Oil (Gold Bottle Range). But now I use Shell/Ducati's Advanced Oil.    I always use fully synthetic though. Its well worth it on a super-sports engine. Seems pointless having semi-syn or mineral when its 50 pence to a £1 between them anyway. |

i literally use any decent 1040 oil its all the same its not like our 125s will see any difference between the good brands, its bollocks what people will come up with, find one you like and use it bud

I suppose so yh I was just wondering wat peeps use :-) Use FULLY SYNTHETIC and use a decent known name. I just prefer Shell/Ducati oils. I also prefer Shell Fuel. But each to their own dude... |

what ever your bike is recomended which i think mr ben seems to know then just stick to good brands  |

Go for the best! Fully synthetic all the way. Pointless saving 50 pence and having Semi or mineral. YUK! |

i use the gold castrol power 1 dont use cheap tesco home brand shit and other cheap brands i used some cheap oil on my old bike and it killed it  |
