If I get a exhaust will I need to get anything else like power commander or anything? No you don't "HAVE" to buy anything else. But obviously the more you buy and do to your bike the better.

If I get a arrow, Leo Vince or Remus will there be a loss of power in the bike? I cannot say a definite yes or no. Although I ran for a year with REMUS and a K&N and no fuel commander. But technically yes, whenever you add aftermarkets without adjusting fuelling you will run less efficient. I did a full write up on this forum about a bike's potential power I'll try find it for you to help you understand. But you can have your exhaust and air filter and whatever and your bike will be fine.

So if I put a after market exhaust on (no air filter or power commander) will I not be able to get too speed or is that it'll take longer getting there?

So if I put a after market exhaust on (no air filter or power commander) will I not be able to get too speed or is that it'll take longer getting there? Acceleration will be a lot more rapid as there's less restriction on exhaust gases exiting the engine. Top end might drop OR crawling at 10mph to 20mph could be a bit jerky. Whatever happens it wont be major. Yamaha can adjust your fuel/air ratio settings anyway. You don't HAVE to have a Power Commander. That's just for people who wanna play with maps and push it to the limit.
