Oh and I found a way to give you bike an extra kick. I chopped this bloody thing off (see picture). I made it shorter and it works a treat. A smoother throttle and much more acceleration and a little top-end as well! Not sure about this mate. Just shortens the tube. I got this idea from a racing DVD I was watching online. No damage can be done. And its wayyyy more powerful up till 60MPH. Wheelie machine!!!

No I cant... Lmao so how U figure this out? Its just less restriction on the air flow. The more increased air flow (matched with fuelling) the better! The idea is to get air and fuel into the engine, combusted and out as quick and easy as possible. That's the basics of ANY combustion engine. The better that's done, the better the engine. What I really need now is a fuel module. Like a Leo Vince Fast Box or Dynojet Power Commander etc etc to increase my fuelling at certain points.

Yh I know increased air flow etc but surely with increased airflow meens more violent explosions can our little engines take it?

Well today the bike got a complete deep clean and oil change etc. But look what I did!... ...OMG I POURED DIESEL INTO MY ENGINE!!! Yes, I drained the oil and then flushed my engine through with diesel. Its the ultimate clean and its cheap and easy to do. And no don't worry and start saying stuff like "OMG your bikes gonna blow up!" This is an old school trick and it works fantastically. Diesel like petrol is an excellent cleaner. But unlike petrol, Diesel is also an oily lubricating fuel. This is why its fine to flush your engine with as any deposits are washed out. Also any rubber parts and bearings etc are still supple and lubricated. So its the best thing you can ever soak your chain in! Comes out sparkling clean and keeps all seals (O-rings or x-rings etc)supple and lubricated. See for yourself! My chain was a right state. Left for half hour or so in a bowl of brand new Diesel fuel. Just look at the colour of the Diesel! Its black! But the chain is as good as the day it was made. Petrol will also clean fantastic but it can dry out rubber parts. And its not an oily fuel so not good for keeping things lubricated. So its always worth having yourself a fuel can with diesel in to do some real cleaning!

Well its my birthday tomorrow and I've got some funds so I have ordered some carbon effect bits. I have ordered: * Carbon Clutch Lever. * Carbon Brake Lever. * Carbon Fluid Reservoir Cap. * Carbon Tax Disc Holder.Got the whole lot including postage for under £25 so I'm happy with that.

ahhhhhhhhhhh it is effect looks good though man i like the reservoir cap Yeah for those type of bits it would have to be effect. The levers for obvious reasons and the cap has to be resistant to brake fluid. I did have a real carbon fibre tax disc holder on my old Honda NSR and it snapped! All these pieces are High Tensile Strength Aluminium so they should be strong and durable.
