So where can I get maps for the Power Commander? I know they have a couple on their website (Scorpion and Leo Vince maps). But isn't there any custom maps people have made? I'm running a K&N panel filter with a shortened air snorkel. And also a REMUS exhaust system. Any advice on tuning a Power Commander or where to get maps would be great. Thanks.

But for the Power Commander 5 it is all 180cc and 200cc maps. Just wanna know if anyone knows of any places online for user-made PC 5 maps.

ahhhh right just keeep looking then but id still suggest put it on a dyno mate to get a truely custom map to your bike because all bikes have different tollerances like a bike identicle to yours might be worse off than your actual bike you know

And how much is a Dyno test? I'm guessing its at least £100+. I'd sooner read up on internet how its done and even design a custom map myself!

Mate you need proper tooling to customise a map mate you could really fuck the bike up if you dont know what you are doing

Its actually pretty simple to understand the "working of it". You just have to get your head round where to add extra fuel at the dull spots.

When you install a aftermarket filter, this could be a simple panel change, a open cone filter or perhaps a more elaborate ram air or cold intake, this will result in your motorcycle to run lean. I too install used the stock map but noticed at high revs the motorcycle was running lean, getting the right set up can be very hard as pointed out by others. I did consider a dyno set up, (which could be the cheapest or best option for you) but I would perhaps look at the possibility of using a PC5 auto tune.

Trust me, if I could get hold of a second-hand AutoTune I would do in a heartbeat. But I refuse to pay £300 new for a sensor. I would like my bike Dyno'd, but I'm guessing that's a stupid price too.
