ok didn't realise oil had to be changed at 1800 miles (bikes at 2400 now) my bad so looking into doing this my self any1 got any tips on this??
also does the oil filter need changing at this point as well if so any advice or links on what to buy ?

Should be a thread here on how to do this, if not there will be on youtube.
Definitely get a new filter each time you change the oil

Nicer oil is nicer oil. How much do you wanna spend?
Ebay has some deals for 2 litres of oil and a filter

Or you could always get the oil/air filter package clicky>>>>>> K&N oil/air filters<<<<<<clicky and >>>>>> this<<<<<< for the air filter |
