Yes at a controlled rate. You set it by turning a dial. For example you can set it to 1 or 2 or more drips per minute.

And it drips onto the sprocket face at an angle which spreads along the whole roller of the chain.

Here is a picture of my rear sprocket to show you better how its angled.

O-Ring chains are very over-rated I think.

For one thing they stretch like a bitch!

My new heavy duty chain has hardly moved so far.
