no its a public road converted to a race track, grippy white lines and what not but its hard to take down walls and lamposts the yoshimura test rider died didnt he? the jap bloke

He'd only got the go ahead to participate at the last minute too. I'm not surprised at the amount of crashes tbh. I've just got in after a few hours riding and there's some complete assholes out there. On one section of twisties going up Glen Helen, some dick overtook me on a tight bend and as if that wasn't bad enough, another prick was also undertaking me at the same time. >:< |

The thing is, that I know that section of road extremely well and there's no way I would ever attempt an overtake on it, as there aren't any safe places to do so. It's a continuous section of multiple blind bends. So when the first guy over took me, I just thought he was a prick, when the second one undertook me, I wanted to beat the shit out of him. Kinda put me off going riding a bit while the TT is on. |

Yh right mate :/ but you are bound to get people like that on the island while the TT of there you have all year round to enjoy the roads where as people there for the TT are only there for the TT and decide to mess around on the roads around for a bit but again glad that you are ok! |
