He managed to walk away from the crash, 10 spectators were taken to hospital after being hit by flying debris and 5 still remain in hospital. I know one spot I won't be watching the racing from next year |

dave70, they race that hard at the TT that its possible for me to be hit by debris watching it on telly in England!  Never mind having balls of steel... ...In my opinion, those guys got balls of titanium encased in a carbon fibre scrotum!

I tell ya mate, until you have experienced going round the course yourself, then you really realise how big their balls are lol. I ride it a lot, yet can't get my head around how these guys ride it at the speeds they do. I often try to imagine what its like at those speeds while riding it myself and it just doesn't compute, it doesnt seem humanly possible. A few years ago, Rossi came over during TT to check it out for himself, with a view to entering the race at some point. His response was basically "fuck that" and reckoned it was far too dangerous. Which says a lot really. Apparently, Barry Sheene did more or less the same many years ago. Pussys, the pair of them. That's why I have the ultimate respect for the TT riders, no matter if they finish first or last. The fact is, they done it. |

yehh i saw a video of that he basically told them get fucked haha, and thats coming from one of the most succesful gp riders to have ever ridden

Even if you're last, you've still ridden the worlds most dangerous bike race. And that ranks last place of the TT way higher than The likes of Rossi and Lorenzo etc. |
